• Contributing significantly in tapping company’s performance in the market and accordingly, designing business development plans and ensuring effective implementation of sales & marketing activities for increasing brand visibility as well as recall.• Responsible for strategy formulation and business development plans for the company, setting up all processes related to product management and creating the roadmap for the products.• Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team of 10 members • Presenting sales, monthly realized revenue (MRR), expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team• Closely working with the SRD Team while structuring the PWOS, thereby giving lot of insights related to certain kind of objection handling and other issues on the field.• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives, conducting trainings and taking sessions for the new joinees during their onboard training• Building & promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them & understanding their needs• Instrumental in scaling a new product from scratch, which is now a revenue Pilot of Practo as a Business.• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status• Driving key strategic initiatives while identifying and developing new business acquisition opportunities in order to deepen market penetration in the allocated areas and enhancing the client base• Accountable for demand forecasting and strategic planning, budget preparation and techno commercial negotiations
