Experience of working in three continents and in various facets of financing, commercial and contractual functions mentioned below give me a broad perspective of the intricacies involved in running a global finance function:- Starting Dec 2022, I have taken an additional responsibility of being the CFO of the Solution and Service business of Smart Infrastructure in the APAC region. The business volume of this business is over INR 33 billion (~ USD 400 million). - Since April 2019, I have taken over as the CFO of the Smart Infrastructure Business of Siemens Ltd. in the Indian Subcontinent Region. The business volume is about INR 80 billion ( ~ USD 1 billion)- After coming from the US, took over as the CFO of entire Energy Management business of Siemens Ltd. in the Indian Subcontinent region. This business is more than 40% of the total business volume of Siemens Ltd.- Finance head for all components business of power generating equipment in North and South America in addition to the responsibilities to manage entire repair business volume for these regions previously held; - Global Head of Planning, Reporting and Controlling for Siemens' Energy Service business;- Headed the implementation of risk and internal control system for entire Siemens Energy business in the US;- Drafted and negotiated contracts for Siemens AG to build power plants in various countries in Europe and Asia;- Headed the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, opportunity & risk management function for two Siemens subsidiaries in the US- Structured, advised and arranged project, vendor and export financing for telecom and power generating companies in India and in the US;- Led the treasury function of a Siemens telecom subsidiary in India;
