Knowledge of all Destructive & Non Destructive Tests Procedures pertaining to hot rolled plates & coils.Exposure to Tensile Testing on Zwick Roell GmBH, Germany (KUKA - Robotic Machine).Ensure quality of hot rolled plates & coils meets the requirement of approved work instruction, process chart, API 5L and other international standards.Development and tracking of Hot Strip Mill Key Output Variables, Key Input Variables, key quality metrics, conformance of key variables, corrective action reports, statistical analysis and process capability studies.
