-Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)-Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations-Monitor performance and ensure system availability-Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning-Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues-Implement and maintain virtual Infrastructure using VMware (ESXi) and Microsoft ( Hyper-V) products.-Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures.-Maintain the cisco telephone system and configuration and all PSTN lines.-Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure-Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution- Serves as primary contact for all contracted companies servicing informational systems.- Maintain a sufficient inventory of all office & computers supplies.- Understand all the department working procedures and perform the related tasks as described.- Performs the department financial budget for monthly IT purchases.- Maintain all users access requests and authorizations (Windows,Internet,etc...)- Respond to all users requests and provide them with adequate support.- Perform coordination and related tasks of IT projects as assigned.- Managing, setting up,& administering active directory objects and users existing ID’s, accounts, data ,networks,..- Troubleshoot running client server applications.- Maintaining data backup and assures security policies implementation.

- Monitors the operation and security of all computer's hardware,ensures it is operating properly.- Serves as primary contact for all contracted companies servicing informational systems.- Maintain a sufficient inventory of all office & computers supplies.- Maintain all hardware and software logs updated as per departmental working procedures.- Maintain the documentation of all hardware/system's configuration and inventory.- Maintain the documentation of the telephone system and configuration and all MPT lines.- Understand all the department working procedures and perform the related tasks as described.- Performs the department financial budget for monthly IT purchases.- Supports and maintains all aspects of the company's system information system,hardware,& applications in accordance with the company standards.- Maintain all users access requests and authorizations (Windows,E-mail,Internet,etc...)- Perform coordination and related tasks of IT projects as assigned.- Local network administration (LAN / WAN / VPN tunnel site to site + Internet link & remote connectivity).- Managing, setting up,& administering active directory objects and users existing ID’s, accounts, data ,networks,..- Troubleshoot running client server applications.- Maintaining data backup and assures security policies implementation.
