I am a professional negotiator who takes responsibility for the outcome of negotiations. I specialize in difficult interpersonal communication, social influence (manipulation), deception detection (lies) and negotiating in conflicts of interest (B2B, trade unions, local community, board of shareholders).I have been in sales and negotiation since 1991. From 1995 to 2006 I ran a foreign trade and a debt collection firm.I am passionate about interpersonal communication, both verbal and non-verbal, especially in the areas of influence (pragmatics) and forensic linguistics. Due to my extensive professional experience (difficult negotiations and crises) and the know-how I have developed, I am also developing in the academic field, preparing a doctoral dissertation on "credibility testing of managerial communication in the conflict of interests".Below is my recent experience in conducting difficult negotiations for clients:In 2022 I prepared the strategy and strengthened 6 negotiation teams (5 autonomous factories) for negotiations with 7 unions, where all teams reached an agreement ahead of schedule.In 2022 I helped the Air Traffic Controllers Trade Union to negotiate with the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA), where the conflict of interest could have paralyzed Polish air transportation, generating hundreds of millions in losses per month.In 2021 I helped 2 Polish state companies to conduct negotiations with 15 trade unions.In 2021 I prepared a negotiation strategy and supported a women team to negotiate with trade unions, which resulted in a savings of 8,000,000 PLN in the company's annual budget.In 2016 I prepared the strategy and conducted negotiations with trade unions, resulting in savings of PLN 5,000,000 in the company's annual budget.In 2021, the implementation of knowledge from sales training in the construction industry translated into an increase in sales by PLN 4,000,000.The largest transaction I participated in exceeded PLN 1,400,000,000.- On many occasions I was hired exclusively for consultations due to boards' fear that the trade unions were preparing for actions which were perceived as dangerous by the boards of management- Abovementioned is just a sampling of my experience
