Analyzing various quality dimensions including performance, reliability, resilience, and draw improvements to meet them. Onsite/Overseas installations, implementation and training; Customer Relationship Management (Clientele), Systems testing, systems integration testing, customer acceptance testing. Application/Production support: Inbound /outbound voice support, Cisco WebEX Enterprise, Software case analysis; Project cycle; Audit; Testing; Release; Deployment. System(Multi-OS, Cluster) & Network(LAN, WAN, Routing, Wireless) architect, implementation and training.
