As a founder of Xplore Digital ,I have taken a step forward of starting a entrepreneurial journey again by creating a world class global performance /affiliate marketing company for brands/advertiser's & publishers from November 2023 . I have moved out from my role as a business director at collectcent in Sept 2023 where I was responsible for the profit and loss of the web vertical, focusing on cost per lead india market & cost per sale international market business. I have a complete 16 years+ of experience in which i have spend 14 years in affiliate /performance marketing , working with various ad networks, publishers, and agency across India.I have started my career in the year 2008 from marketing at a well-known FMCG brand, called "No Marks " and then switched to the affiliate marketing industry in 2010. Since then, I have gained expertise in sales & business development, account management , publisher management, & campaign delivery. I also founded and ran my own affiliate ad network, Cratis Media Pvt ltd in the year 2016 , for over four & half years, building a network of more than 250+ publishers & 140 clients, with managing a team of 12-18 people & have exited from Cratis Media in Nov 2020.
