I started my journey back in 2016 after i dropped out from Presidency college leaving my Bachelor's degree in the third semester.I went on to Start Framex Services Pvt Ltd which was a new small scale company in the Logistic industry mainly Focused on Air Cargo solutions, i worked there from 2016 to 2018 before the company crashed due to my poor management and Cash flow issues.I had Started Framex with small capital of INR 5 lakh but scaled it to an yearly revenue of 10 Crores, It was however a great achievement from an individual who had never seen anything more than couple of thousands.Crash of Framex hit me very hard. It seemed like an end of road and i joined another degree college to pursue my Bachelor's degree in 2018 completely unaware about the experiences and knowledge i had gained from my failed startup.Since i had lost all hopes on my business career i ended up chasing the Civil services exam as it looked like a sound option for my career but it did not take me much time to realize that even though i am good at studies it's the entrepreneurial challenges that gets me going like nothing else.During this time i used to read a lot of books, i used to write down some of my thoughts, research about various organisations and link it with the previous experiences of mine, this process of learning was new to me but i kept on doing it.Juggling through different types of business i could have started i ended up working as a Senior Executive in Casagrand Sales department for three months.Working at Casagrand was an amazing experience which can not be described.But, one day my friend Vinay suggested that why don't you start something you have already done and the new journey of 'Semiwings Cargo Pvt Ltd" began.
