As a Data Analytics Associate at MSCI, I work in the Managed Solutions and Implementation team, where I use various platforms, tools and languages, such as BarraOne, RiskManager, PowerBI, Python, SQL, Excel and Agile Framework to deliver customized solutions and reports to clients in the financial industry. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, and a Machine Learning certification from Coursera. I am currently pursuing a M.S. degree in Data Science & Machine Learning as I’m interested in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, AI, ML, and A/B Testing. I am passionate about solving problems and making lives easier with technology and data. I have contributed to several projects that involved hypothesis testing, credit risk management, dashboard creation, and process automation. For example, I helped increase the user retention rate by 25% for a hedge fund client by creating an interactive and user-friendly dashboard that displayed their portfolio performance and risk metrics. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new domains. I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, and I enjoy talking about tech, finance, and Arsenal.
