Chartered Accountants which has been in Chartered Accountancy Practice for more than 3 decades handing Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Advisory Services and Taxation Services for variety of Companies, Partnership Firms, Induviduals(including NRI's), NGOs, Co-Operative Societies Etc across all industries.UR & Co. has handled many Public Sector Project Reports and Internal Audits of BSNL for 10 Consecutive years and also of KTDC for almost 7 consecutive yearsUR & Co has immense experience with foreign business which includes setup of subsidiary/ associate/ joint ventures in India, providing consulting and advisory services on managing business in India including MIS reporting to foreign holding companies/entities and audit and assurance services. U R & Co at present mainly serves clients in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai who are subsidiaries/associates/ JV of foreign business.U R & Co also has a consulting wing which does management consulting which helps with end to end consulting requirements which starts from strategy planning, breaking into implementable goals, planning for change management and consultancy during implementation.Develop a MIS reporting system for reporting and help with decision making.Help with raising funds and due diligence for investment
