Proven Ability to identify new Business Opportunity, present detailed Technical and Financial Feasibility of the Project and have taken major responsibility to execute and development of the Project- from the inception till Financial Closure.  Regulatory Affairs: Expertise over Regulatory and Legal matters related to Power and Coal sector. Interpreting various Electricity Policies (Generation-Renewable and Conventional, Transmission and Distribution). Also, coordinated with the Top Management for implementing their Strategic Directives on various key legal issues in Civil Courts and other Councils/ Tribunals/Appellate. Contracts and Commercials : Rich and diverse exposure in Contract drafting, legal vetting, and Closing Negotiations on all and any contractual conditions with counter party. Has successfully handled multiple major EPC Agreements, Service Agreements (FSA, O&M, Port Service, Shipping Agreement), etc. Project Development: Hands on Experience in coordinating in acquiring all Consents / Clearances/ Permits for Power Project and coordinating various Project Developmental Activities for the same.  Financial Modeling analysis – Played crucial support role in Debt and Equity Financing of Various Power Projects. Responsible for detailed Financial Model preparation through consultants and presentation to Top Management for its sensitivity analysis. Played key role in Financial Closure of 1320 MW TPP and a Strategic Sale of a 100 MW Hydro Power Project.  Engineering - High level of understanding of different technologies used in Power sector (Generation-Renewable and Conventional, Transmission and Distribution).
