I work on strategies and forming partnerships in India for the gas purification (removal of H2S: hydrogen sulphide) for various applications. Our joint venture partner is Hego Biotec International GmbH. FerroSorp S, H2S Removal media for various biogas plants and industries. FerroSorp Sd is used globally in over 2500 plants and has a global footprint in over 60 countries. With annual sales volume of 10,000 MT for H2S removal applications from biogas, cooking gas, syn gas and pyrolysis gas, landfills gas, natural gas, sewage gas, CO2 gas and industrial exhaust gases, FerroSorp Sd is here to make biogas profitable, viable and sustainable for a better future. I also lead the team that develops and manufactures iron, arsenic and fluoride removal water treatment plants for rural India. • Led a Six Sigma project on High Horse Power (HHP) Barrel non-cleanup scrap reduction using Minitab, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and 7 Step Problem Solving• Identified a cross functional work team of line operator and product, design, materials and quality engineers• Investigated into the 3 main aspects of scrap: supplier part defects, machining calibration and operator faults• Analyzed the heat-treat, grinding and honing processes and worked with operators to find out the root cause of the non-cleanup in barrels• Completed a study of variation in roundness, straightness, taper and run-out of barrels at pre heat-treat, post heat-treat, post grinding and post honing processes• Resolved the non-cleanup issue, thus reducing scrap from 5% to 0.4%, saving $50,000+ annually • Collected data on frosting, worm hole, cracking for 2013 Pacific Pump head cracking• Modified 70 Layered Process Audits for the different manufacturing cells by evaluating and analyzing 2015 OEM customer complains and back tracking operation faults at manufacturing

Worked at ViPER lab in Purdue university to test and optimize the performance of Phosphorous-doped Silicon for Lithium-ion Anodes. This project requires continuous testing and retesting of phosphorous doped silicon material for high and long lasting performance at the least possible cost.

Taught and assisted students in recitation classes to understand Mechanics concepts. Helped the Graduate teaching Assistants in grading the assignments.
