HR Business Partner supporting Academy and Residency

Provide operational and customer facing support to Executive Account Manager covering the Northern California territory.Responsible for duties such as the following:Drive client business with a focus on Core product offerings. Manage renewal business for software and support agreements. Strengthen manufacturer relationships thru pipeline, monthly cadence, outreach. Uncover ways to make existing business more profitable (bids, warranties, etc.). Enter quotes and orders as needed. Manage purchase/procurement, preorders, bids, order release, etc. Drive Ecommerce efficiencies with all clients. Run extranet walk-throughs with new contacts and existing contacts where necessary. Interact directly with customers to provide quotes, order status updates, or other requests. Schedule/coordinate hardware staging/deployment with services. Manage customer contract pricing (VIR and Cost Plus) and periodic reporting requirements. Prospect new contacts on accounts. Special projects upon request.

Provide operational support to the top MedLar West sales teams including but not limited to liaison to backbone departments, vendor relations, sales manager reporting and various order release tasks.Responsibilities: Develop collaborative teaming relationships with internal CDW departments to resolve order issues (e.g. drop ship emergencies, backorder management, bid escalation, etc.). Assist with order release due to negative margin, freight and tech router issues. Provide strategic resolution to escalated customer service issues. Review month end backorder reports. Work closely with partners, distributors and warehouse to assist with invoicing in order to meet sales goals. Accountable for resolving Account Manager Commission miscalculations. Assist with order review issues due to allocation, stock, and system issues. Escalate bid requests for approval and ensure bids are properly won. Work strategically with upper management on approvals for business development funding.

Review/Manage CTMS requests, Manage Business Card Orders & Office Supply Orders for assigned region/segment.Run daily sales reports via ProClarity, Cognos and Showcase on behalf of Region/Segment.Manage Rep ID Account Change Requests.Review/Process Travel Requests via Egencia, Review/Process Expense Reports, Ship packages/letters via FedEx.Facilitate “Scrub” lists,Assist in general projects & tasks,Ensure routine administrative functions are properly coordinated and submitted in a timely fashion.
