Responsible for Program Management of the TIBCO suite of products implemented at the municipality. Responsible for the project management of a tracking system for the Durban Metro Municipality. Projects implemented include workflow systems viz. Building Plan submission and approval, City Advertising, Declaration of Interest, Informal Settlements, Queue Management . Project Management for both Interwoven DMS and Microsoft Sharepoint projects. Project Management for IBM Financial Budgeting system for creation of Annual city budgets.

Regional Information Systems manager for Barloworld Motor in the KwaZulu Natal region. Development of Information Systems Strategy for the region and management of the support team. This resulted in a significant reduction of paper usage by implementing an Intranet for employees and workflow systems for electronic approval.
