Report Daily on health of files received from all providers. These files include CCDA’S, ADT’s, and Flat File processing.¨      Monitor all provider files received Interface ¨      Research processing errors ¨      Bi-weekly server patching ¨      Log all issues into Jira¨      Lead transition to support calls¨      Lead Change Control board meetings weekly¨      Daily Preventive maintenance checks of Cloverleaf Interface: disk space usage, review Error DB, review file processing. ¨      Monitor daily alerts¨      Create Cloverleaf alerts for all new partners.

Lead provider operational activities to meet weekly deadlines which roll up to meet monthly, quarterly and annual HEDIS Deadlines. Provided HL7 Interface engine support. Interface migrated from Cloverleaf to Mirth. Application channels supported included: Pyxis, Carestream, GE Centricity, HPF, IMPAC, Logicare M*Modal, PHS, Sentri7, Wound Expert, AllScripts, Quest, Mac Lab, HMS, Haemonetics (Blood Bank) and Moasiq.

Served as a senior HPP applications analyst, using clinical workflow to create education and train clinical staff. Additional responsibility included setting up, installing, and maintaining HL7 interface connectivity between hospital and physician practice.

Developed and coordinated all Physician application training for the following applications: HED, HEO, Star Patient Care, HEC, Admin RX, HHS, HMM, Merge Cardio. All training centered on department and specific Clinical workflow

Developed and implemented Horizons Physician Portal, an interface that facilitated interaction between the 150 nationwide hospitals nationwide.

This is a highly visible position where I supported all physicians at five hospitals: Douglasville, Paulding, Cobb, Windy Hill, and Kennestone. Physician application support for Horizon Physician Portal, GE Centricity Perinatal, Horizon Expert Orders, Zynx and other physician related applications.

Helpdesk support included support for the following: LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity Act, MS Office, Great Plains, Millbrook, and Citrix and desktop/laptop for 1400 workstations (GA, FL, TN, AL, NC, SC, TX, AZ, and NM)
