Sydney Metro - Victoria Cross Station● Successfully lead and delivered Metro station's complex FRP, works, Structural steel design/erection, Underground utilities / civil scope incl. storm water, watermains, HP gas main, and Soft and hard landscaping works● Currently involved in in handover / defects rectification and delivery of outstanding works related to building façade, waterproofing and fitout. ● Package Manager of 7 critical subcontract packages valued more than 10 million - Assess and Approve subcontractors’ progress claims, variation claims and extension of time claims in accordance with the subcontract agreement. ● Prepare short range construction programmes using logic, milestones & durations obtained from the medium range programme (MRP) and information received from work area teams.● Participate in construction planning, methodology and sequencing to support the construction programme and communicate this methodology with the staging diagrams.● Undertake off site inspections for on and off-site delivery and fabrication activities and report findings.● Ensure all EHS observation, inspections and audits are carried out on subcontractors and raise, monitor and close out the defects on site and prepare proper documentation for all the defects

• Documented processes of recording and managing non-capitalise assets such as traffic signs, capturing details such as the condition of assets, installation date, type of asset and configuration of asset• Produced process maps of various software functions such as work processes, data analytics, crash stat etc. for software users (Local council, contractor, inspector etc.) to create a seamless flow of work for digitally stored cloud platform-based software.
