Responsible for Pre Sales & Business Development initiatives with new client acquisition, revenue growth, client retention and relationship.• New Business Development as well as mining existing accounts• Managing entire sales process i.e. lead generation & prospecting, sales presentations & proposal submission, negotiations & closure to agreement sign up• Internal liaison to ensure delivery as per committed Service Level Agreement• Post transition activities and review to ensure client satisfaction and retention• Marketing and PR initiatives through networking and events• Handling escalations and ensuring that collections are done in timely and effective manner• Gather market intelligence and closely monitor competition• Insure job profiles and position requirements are aligned with business objectives• Understand the client, the market they are in, the products they produce, the strategic direction of the company, and the specifics surrounding the role we are working to fill• Attending conference meetings with qualified new business opportunities (speaking with CIO, CTO, IT Director, VP, HR, Procurement etc)• Presales Activities including Contracts, Bidding, RFP/RFI & SOW participation• Prepare material like capabilities brochures, presentation material, support sales team in keeping a record of proposals and continuous tracking of Client calls and Follow-ups• Prepare and deliver sales presentations that address the client's needs and leads to sales growth

1. Expertise in rendering professional web solutions and high-end development services to clients overseas with utmost perfection.2. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.3. Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.4. Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.6. Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.7. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.8. Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
