During my legal career thus far I have successfully co-lead internal and enforcement investigations including participating in developing investigation strategy, document analysis, witness interviews, and drafting final reports and recommendations. In addition to drafting and filing pleadings, motions, written discovery requests and responses, and legal research memos, I have analyzed regulatory schemes and drafted compliant client policies, including employee handbooks and employment agreements. Further, I have made pro bono work a priority and in 2023, I conducted a solo deposition of a defendant in one of my prison pro bono cases, as well as preparing the deposition outline and selecting the exhibits in advance.I graduated from American University Washington College of Law in 2019, where I honed my legal writing, research, and advocacy skills. During my time in law school I participated in the Alvina Myers-Reckman Moot Court Competition, where I won the first place for my oral argument and brief. I also have a BA in Political Science from Western Washington University, where I deepened my interest in social justice and public policy.
