Designs and executes both quantitative and qualitative research projects utilizing various methodologies for both B2C and B2B clients. The team’s research projects include subjects such as competitor/market analysis, concept testing (including products/services, advertisements, branding, and messaging), brand tracking (awareness, satisfaction, NPS, consumer pain points), UX and usability testing, pricing analysis, key-driver analysis, and more.

Works with small, hat-sharing team at a full-service marketing research and consulting firm specializing in both quantitative and qualitative research. Personally helps with managing client relations for both qualitative and quantitative, survey/discussion guide development, qualitative note-taking, data analysis and report writing, and virtual/in-person facilitation, among other responsibilities.

Aided an in-house design team in preparing for the spring 2017 line to be pitched to certain clients such as Costco and Sams Club. Included market research, modifying development plans, refining designs, modeling, and aiding the sale team. After completing my training, I was often left alone as the only employee at the shop, giving me all the responsibilities of the day work as well as additional responsibilities that come with closing the cafe. I gained skills in teamwork, customer service, and handling larger roles of responsibility.

Designed pattern for hand-made shoes that can be crafted by adults in more remote areas of Africa. This shoe is intended to reduce illness caused by bare-feet in children and adults alike, and to be easily crafted with simple materials. My design, among a few others, was selected for further testing in certain villages. Completed as a sponsored studio project for the non-profit company Heeling Our World.

Aided professional dance instructors in the areas of Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, and Tap. Helped demonstrate movements and teach younger children how to improve their ability from the first class in august to the final stage performance in June.
