Passionate about effecting change through political engagement, I commenced my journey in political organizing in early 2022. Beginning as an Event Coordinator for Dr. Cindy Banyai's Congressional campaign, before transitioning into the role of Field Director. During my tenure, I orchestrated event logistics, facilitated volunteer recruitment and training, and led a dedicated team of 10-15 individuals, collaborating internationally to foster a cross-cultural exchange in American politics.My commitment to driving meaningful change led me to embrace the position of Regional Organizing Director for Southwest Florida within the Florida Democratic Party in June 2022. In this capacity, I spearheaded the recruitment and training of a team of Field Organizers throughout the region, amplifying volunteer engagement for crucial voter turnout. Additionally, I adeptly managed political affiliations, forging key relationships with candidates, community leaders, and party officials, reinforcing the collective drive towards a more inclusive and participative democracy.Over the past year, I've served as the Regional Organizing Director for Central-East Wisconsin, where I was apart of a highly successful campaign that resulted in Justice Janet Protasiewicz's victory in the spring elections This experience further solidified my dedication to fostering impactful change through strategic organizing and mobilization efforts.
