Hello. I am very excited about my field and love working with children. I have 6 years experience in the classroom and have conducted over 300 IEP meetings. I have worked in both SLC and ESLC environments and have extensive knowledge about the entire IEP process. I have provided effective learning experiences for students with a wide range of socio-economicand cultural backgrounds. I have effectively assessed the educational needs of students. I have designed, developed, and ensured implementation of over 250 individualized educational plans. During my time in the classroom, I provided attractive, inviting, and stimulating learning environment for my students. During my time as a Case Manager, I have worked independently and cooperatively as part of a team. I adhere to all applicable attendance rules and regulations of all IEPs.
