As an Orientation Program Specialist at UConn, my role is dynamic and collaborative, allowing me to play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our Orientation programs. One of my primary responsibilities is organizing and managing Excel spreadsheets to keep track of important details such as attendee lists, schedules, and resource allocations. This involves working closely with the director of Orientation and other leaders to ensure that the information is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, I have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments across the university to coordinate efforts and enhance the effectiveness of our Orientation program. Through effective communication and teamwork, I contribute to streamlining processes and improving the overall experience for incoming students and staff.
