I have nearly three years of experience in serving in the food industry. Serving has helped me develop and hone my interpersonal and customer service skills, and has also led me to discover my love for people. Because of my job longevity, I earned the position as a lead server to further train and guide the serving staff. This gave me the opportunity to craft and execute my leadership skills, thus making myself a better leader.
