Developed a system for managing customer communication, contractor operations, reviewing and paying invoices, and tracking purchase order usage. RESULT: Successfully upgraded 1000 units within 12 months, and the project stayed within the purchase order.• Organization needed to adjust in-person science fair to virtual science fair due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The virtual science fair required many changes from an in-person science fair, and without certainty of what the future would bring, it was essential to document the processes used. Throughout the procedure, took screenshots and documented the entire process in a handbook. RESULT: When other organizations reached out for guidance in translating their own science fairs to virtual platforms, the new handbook proved instructive and useful.• Organization was facing an issue in which communication efforts were being duplicated over time. Collaborated with over 8 department heads to discover what their departments were most often asked for. Collected this information in addition to the relevant documents and created a SharePoint site designed to empower College of Veterinary Medicine faculty and staff to quickly and easily find answers to their questions. RESULT: Currently, faculty and staff utilize this resource regularly and new employees are directed to this resource to find answers to questions they may have in the future.
