I was initially hired as a shop manager for one location, recently promoted to Regional leader for three (four as of October 2021) full service hair shops, located in the greater Eastside. We opened our first location May 2018, where I was responsible for hiring a full crew to open location for services, order and input first inventory, ensure company licensing was compliant, set up point of sale program, and train entire team to provide full services to Bishops standards and expectations. During recruiting, scheduling, inventory set up, and training for open, I was also responsible for networking and building relationships within the community, to begin building a client base for the location. Once shop was open, I was responsible for coaching and guiding team members into producing stylists and barbers, showing staff how to hit sales and service totals to gain a greater take home pay, overall demonstrating consistent growth for the shop as a whole. In my current position I am responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures and updating as needed, ensuring all three locations are compliant with state licensing and corporate standards, correspondence between HR and staff, and connecting staff to resources as needed, payroll processing, building and maintaining relationships within the respective communities of each location, training management to properly execute payroll breakdowns, understand and attain shop and company goals and how to present this to staff in an easy to understand way, to encourage higher production, execute full inventory and ordering on a monthly and quarterly basis, holding weekly and monthly Management team meetings and training, and assisting the management team with anything they need, from client correspondence to basic housekeeping.

Filled the interim position in project planning and coordination, customer service and correspondence, and grant writing and proposals.
