I am a highly self motivated and enthusiastic serial entrepreneur who loves systems, strategy and supporting people and organizations to thrive. I work best in roles that involve process design, operations oversight, thought partnership, planning and communication. As a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, my work combining ancient earth-based wisdom with modern best-practices has been two fold. Over the past decade, I have developed and brought to market several personal care products, while also supporting purpose-oriented people to deepen their capacity to serve by integrating Ayurveda into business and activism. Holding a Masters degree in Environmental Security, and having formally studied Ayurveda for over 2000+ hours, I understand the ways in which we are deeply intertwined with the health and wellbeing of the planet at both the individual and the collective levels. I consider myself a global citizen who loves to travel, meet people and make new friends. I look forward to meeting you!

Two essential elements to life on this planet, biological and cultural diversity, are inextricably linked and arguably very threatened. They are faced by a variety of global challenges, most predominantly the onset of industrial agriculture aided by globalization and free trade. To overcome these challenges, a dynamic solution is required. I approach the conservation of biological and cultural diversity through the lens of the food sovereignty movement. The belief that the same mechanisms that ensure food sovereignty also preserve biological and cultural diversity (and vise versa) is fundamental to the project’s purpose. Show less
