As a Customer Experience Manager, I am the key to ensuring customer success and communication from one-time projects to ongoing services. I work directly with sales, delivery and customers to ensure that there is clarity and communication for all tasks required. I manage named accounts, drive marketing messages to my customers, and am the voice of the customer back into Agile IT.- Leading the onboarding process and helping to introduce the Agile IT capabilities, roles and responsibilities to client teams- Developing and managing high volume, complex project deliverables- Hold requirement gathering sessions with clients to learn business processes and recommend best practices for product implementation and integration with our product(s)- Identifying, establishing and implementing a tailored framework while developing a Project Scope Management- Plan used to define, manage, control, verify and communicate with the development production teams and clients- Ensuring the proper stakeholders from the Agile IT and Client teams are involved in the project at appropriate times and understand role requirements and key dependencies- Conducting project status meetings to ensure accurate, timely and efficient configuration and delivery of business applications- Ensuring success of projects by: managing scope, recognizing and resolving issues, managing and motivating team(s), addressing resource contention and shifting priorities and escalating when required- Deliver Client Briefing Sessions with managed customers on a quarterly basis to ensure customer retention and drive new services to meet their business needs.

The Rotaract Club of San Luis Obispo is a community based service club for Central Coast 18-30 year old young professionals. The club encourages membership from San Luis Obispo and its surrounding communities ranging from Cambria and down to Grover Beach. The Rotaract Club of San Luis Obispo is a part of Rotary International and is one of just 7,000 Rotaract clubs in over 160 countries. Common Rotaract activities range based on the demographic of the club but some of the most recent activities include several trail clean-ups, fundraising with local non-profits including Big Brothers Big Sisters and San Luis Obispo Downtown Association, Rotarian sponsored events and our Member Socials. Our mission is to improve the community and have fun doing it alongside other positive people.
