I have worked in many different roles throughout the years. For a Communications Company, I have done everything from press releases to event coordination and photography. For a DEI consulting company, I have done social media, outreach, and community engagement. For a college, I have taught diversity and equity in the workplace to students and faculty alike. I have assisted teachers with curriculums and coursework as a peer mentor. I have even been a muralist for restaurants. For a few years, I have taught applied behavior analysis to children with autism and other behavior disorders as an RBT. Most recently, I have taken on a role as a Customer Success Manager for a small tech company. The role includes employing the use of CRM, ODIN, Microsoft, Sharepoint, and Teams. I train customers virtually on a SaaS product and ensure a smooth journey for them from implementation on. I have always thrived in roles that require public speaking, creative writing, and interpersonal as well as presentational skills. However, I am also adept in taking and analyzing data for patterns. Developing others in various aspects of their lives has seemed to be the common thread throughout my life. Wether it was emotionally, their careers, their businesses, or their lives, I have loved being a part of making people happier.
