Current-Manages the project management for internal marketing, overseeing projects related to marketing campaigns and events.-Responsible for maintaining processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects.-Understand the need for each project and make on-going decisions based on what’s best for the organization according to the vision, mission and values. -Identify training needs of the project team and recommend courses to further enhance effective application of processes and leadership principles. -Mentor and evaluate Project Managers performance related to handling projects.
