As the Learning and Development Manager, I have been responsible for the identification andprioritization of learning and development needs whilst directing the planning andimplementation of the learning and competency management framework in line with OldMutual International's strategic agenda. I have worked closely with Senior Leadership,Executive Management, Line leaders, and Human Capital Business Partners to Identify andrecommend corrective action that drives efficiency and improves business processes, throughthe monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of the implementation of Old Mutual International'sPeople and Organizational Learning strategy.

Coordinating and conducting training and development programs on Circle and Squarecontent to improve individual and organizational performance to audiences ranging fromc-suite executives to administration teams of listed entities. Further to that, I have been tasked to provide leaders, managers, and staff members with the clinical psychological insights andskills to empower them to connect and understand interpersonal and intrapersonalrelations in an advanced, effective and meaningful manner. I have facilitated both in person and multiple online platforms to audiences of varying sizes.

As a Learning Manager my role sort to enable individual & team processes that sought toensure skills acquisition around systems, products, workflow and business processes allaligned to Investec’s culture and strategy. This hands-on role demanded a high touch, highinnovation service approach to various areas within the Investec Bank Group and a soundunderstanding of an employee's life cycle. My role as a Payments Administrator was to facilitate both foreign currency and ZARpayments to a spectrum of a client’s service providers.A few achievements whilst in this role are as follows:Developed and effected a front-end portal that allowed for Adhoc non-system generatedpayments to be tracked in turn effectively streamlining reporting and reducing thenumber of outstanding documentation related to foreign payments.Innovated, implemented and trained Oracle business e-Suite system enhancementsImproved manual processes through digital innovation that led to the streamlining ofprocesses
