I am a young, active, vibrant individual who is self-discipline, organised ,have excellent time management skills, a good team player and very passionate about technical support. I deliver given tasks well ahead of schedule. I am eager to improve my skills and fully prepared to adapt my self to the new working environment.As I am in the early ages of starting a career in the service desk analyst. I need to learn and grow in terms of knowledge and experience in this field. My other aspirations is to grow up the corporate ladder and join the top service desk analyst. Challenges, achievement and recognition motivates me.I believe as a junior technical support analyst I should have knowledge and understanding of customer service, troubleshooting, diagnosing of hardware and software, and have a good communication skills including good listening skills.Duties- I assist the client with the internet connection and troubleshooting the router.- I also escalating the matter with rain or cell c including MTN vendor to find the core of the problem from their end.- Assisting client that need information about the location of which they reside whether is within the coverage location using a long term evolution coverage map software.- The most important aspect to keep good customer service and provide them best service ever.
