I’m a user centered language evangelist, and proud of it. With a background in online communication and content production for digital products, I’m specialized in UX writing and content design. As a UX writer I can combine two professional passions: creating good user experiences in digital products and working with words and language.According to UX experts, content is about fifty percent of the user experience. This makes the words in a UI very important; as a UX writer I’m part of the design process, but my building blocks are words.I work closely with designers, I do user research to understand the context I’m writing for, I talk to developers to understand the framework of the product, and I balance it all against the product strategy and goals. I try to see the holistic view and zoom in on the details in a parallel process to produce copy that supports the user journey the best way possible.Before specializing in UX content I was an all-round communicator with extensive experience in internal organizational communication. And if you ask politely, I would be happy to step into this role again and apply my skills and experience to your product, process, or organization; but my true passion is writing for digital user experiences.My specialties: Skilled communicator, excellent problem solver, word nerd, organized but able to improvise when needed, quick learner, positive to a fault.
