I build and enhance applications in Python, develop tools to optimise workflows (e.g., R packages), as well as develop and teach courses aimed at researchers with a focus on reproducible and open science.

At Enversion, I built data warehouses, developed dimensional models, and automated data pipelines. Additionally, I started the development of a Python module that unpacks FHIR data.

I was responsible for building a data warehouse and automating a data pipeline from scratch for an app aiming to help people sleep better. For this, I learned SQL and dimensional modelling, while utilising my knowledge of Python.
