Duties:• Assisting the HR manager with the overall recruitment process • Creating and posting job ads and vacancies on the job boards and social media • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, documents, including personal information, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and benefits documentation • Follow ups, reminders and confirming appointments related to the HR Department • Performing miscellaneous job-real duties as assigned

Duties:• Planning and designing lessons to teach Siswati Language to American volunteers• Communicating clear objectives for lessons, units and projects• Organizing teaching materials and methods to meet volunteers’ interests and learning styles • Creating, assigning and grading various assessments for volunteers, including tests, quizzes, essays and projects• Helping volunteers improve by teaching them about the Siswati culture as well• Tracking and evaluating volunteers’ language progress• Creating a safe, respectful and inclusive classroom environment

Duties:• Planning and implementing skills training programmes for the engineering industry with a focus on leadership and entrepreneurship• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits• Supporting female founders and innovators in STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering and Manufacturing) businesses through the planned incubator and accelerator programs• Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets• Researching partners, identifying key players and generating interest• Organizing a filing system for important and confidential company documents • Ensuring compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations• Preparing reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned• Cooperating with marketing and PR to promote and publicize events
