Ecce specialises in providing bespoke development services. When businesses outgrow off-the-shelf (SaaS) solutions, they turn to Ecce's Ensemble CMS to fulfil their specific requirements. During my time at Ecce, my responsibilities were twofold: designing award-winning interfaces and managing the studio. Some of my key achievements at Ecce include:- Managing cross-functional teams, prioritising staff well-being and individual growth- Mentoring junior team members and helping our apprentices achieve their qualifications- Designing beautifully crafted user interfaces that successfully balanced user experience, marketing requirements, and brand guidelines- Creating and maintaining design systems for our larger products, including Ensemble, Ecce's in-house ecommerce platform- Organising and running user testing sessions, resulting in a better understanding of needs and a more focused product roadmap- Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to test and validate ideas, resulting in informed decision-making and improved products

GForces is a UK-based digital automotive solutions provider. Their NetDirector suite of products has transformed the UK automotive market for the past 20 years. During my time working at GForces, I achieved the following successes:- Developed cutting-edge UI designs for top automotive franchises and manufacturers such as Nissan, Vauxhall, and Mazda.- Led R&D to introduce new digital products to the market, including interactive touchscreen displays for car showrooms.- Created the UI design system for NetDirector Auto - GForces' automotive-focused CMS - which consistently received positive feedback.- Conducted successful design, research, and pitch workshops with clients, leading to business growth and development.- Mentored junior members of the team and promoted cross-department collaboration.
