At IdentityWave, she focuses on entrepreneurial ventures and social media marketing, constantly seeking innovative solutions to modern challenges.Currently Sıla served as Manager of Design at La Sarta and Rodoplu, where she continues to develop her skills in remote collaboration, creative project management, and web design. Her previous role at Adroit Androids provided her with invaluable experience in business relationship management, leadership, and teamwork.Additionally, her participation in the FIRST Robotics Competition, has strengthened her technical skills and ability to work effectively in high-pressure team environments. This experience has been invaluable in shaping her problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.Sıla is a licensed chess player, which has further developed her strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
