Launched 3.5-hour virtual customer service training program for ~80k KP employees in Northern California. Initiatives include unified project tracking through Smartsheet dashboards and daily reporting, daily stand ups of PMs to production team, job costing through all phases, daily digital delivery of work through MS Teams, email, and digital displays. • Managing multiple small to large projects for multiple clients concurrently through different project phases including permitting, design, and prototyping.

Seanet was one of the first Internet providers in Seattle, WA serving ~20,000 residents, small businesses and enterprise clients with DSL, co-location, and direct backbone connections. • Responsible for operations, managing customer service department (15) in addition to the development of unused internet property.• Negotiated the sale of the region’s first independently owned ISP in a challenging economic climate, achieving the highest valuation by creating a model that leveraged dedicated ~10,000 client base against the common attrition model of an ISP client.• Oversaw budgeting of all projects that included client server side tech issues, implementation of spam servers and connecting in building clients to one of our backbone providers at our offices in the Columbia Tower.• Managing all of our business clients with their accounts, negotiating their contracts as well as coordinating any issues with our in house T1-T3 level support staff or working with outside vendors to solve any issue with efficient urgency.• Hired and managed a team of designers, writers and photographers to create content for unused domains (seattle.net and russia.net) in Seanet’s portfolio - building a strong user base, growing advertisement revenue and company assets.
