Executed full implementation and customization of NPSP Salesforce instance for Non-Profit group to track organizational data and help the charity grow in size and scope. Part of the process involved cleaning and importing existing data using NPSP template. I created several relationship-based custom objects as well as used integromat app to integrate google forms/sheets to salesforce custom survey object.For their clients I utilized the case object with a detail object to track client sessions. Some customizations included record types, custom page layouts, workflows and processes for better automation.
