Provided technical and help desk support for all registered students and faculty at the Evergreen State College. Other duties included educating students and faculty about computer software and hardware, troubleshooting student and faculty account issues, directing patrons to campus resources, maintaining and operating a shared campus-wide ticketing system for registration and IT, preparing classrooms for use, assisting incoming students in the registration process, researching, writing, and editing articles for the center’s online technology publication, designing graphics and digital signage to promote campus activities, providing customer service.
