• Technical Lead, coordination and participation in small to medium sized IT Projects• Engineering and support for IT applications and infrastructure for Site Service departments • Responsible for delivering a strategic Asset Management project for the company • Ensuring project members operate in line with the Operating Framework and functional competency • Planning, scheduling, benefits realisation, and risk management• Takes over different roles within IT Application Management function

- Telecommunications - FTTH/ADSL Fix Access (Business Technology Support)- Build, delivery, installation and support of Servers (both Physical and Virtual)- Provide the escalation point for all issues that are unable to be resolved by second line support- Incident reporting and documentation of resolution activities as well as the creation of new processes- Plan, develop and implement IT solutions

(Project Bank CGD Central Sede João XXI)- Responsible for virtual and physical servers both Microsoft and Linux based and the hosting infrastructure- Management of operating systems, active directories and middleware solutions- Planning and operation of physical network infrastructure at several locations.- Supporting the virtual server environment

- Application Support a Sapo ADSL- Monitor, manage and develop the company's IT solutions throughout the IT Estate to ensure customer satisfaction in all services provided- Assess and administer changes to all IT managed systems to ensure the continual improvement of operating effectiveness and efficiency in line with the change process and IT Strategy.
