    I do various vinyasa series such as surya namaskara (sun salutation), warrior series (virabadrasana), breathing techniques (pranayamas), mudras (hand positions) but no meditation, only relaxation techniques during shavasana. Mantras is something I have yogis repeat in their minds during shavasana or while seated in easy pose (sukhasana) along with mudras. I start with brain yoga, aura re-enforcing/celtic weave movements, stretching than move into slow asanas before moving into surya namaskara & various vinyasa series. I do not do eastern religion rituals.
