As Customer Experience Team Leader I’m responsible of build and grow the CX vision of the company.Among my responsibilities are:• Leading the Customer Experience Team. • Defining the Customer Experience Strategy and Improving the CX maturity level of the company, building a CX measuring and a User Research plan. As UX Designer in Softonic I developed both Design and Research activities.*As UX Designer I worked in an Agile environment, being UX responsible for specific products, developing mockups and dynamic prototyping, flow diagrams, analysis and specifications in iterative cycles. *As UX Research I worked running User testing and Card-sorting sessions both face-to-face and remote, defining and launching surveys and personal interviews oriented to gathering product metrics, user feedback, or modelling user personas, experience maps or other UX tools to help design thinking and product decisions-making.
