• Part of a two-man team responsible for closing support tickets for all Town users. Typical user totals range between 700 and 750 employees. Average support ticket levels ranged between 25 and 40 tickets daily.
• Responsible for setting up all non-essential employees with telework capabilities with in a 3-business day period, prior to COVID-19 pandemic.
• Ensure continuity of telework operations for the Town during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Ensuring all equipment issued to employees is logged and tracked.
