Verified insurance , balances, or any pending payments or due day off appointment. Checked in patients for their appointments. Built treatment plans along side dentist. Took co-payments or any payments due. Made deposits daily. Answered phone in timely / professional manner.

Answered phone calls/ translated for Portuguese and Spanish speaking customers/ translated for lifeinsurance calls.Assisted with billing/registered vehicles/ reinstate registrations.Assisted with filling accident claims, following up with adjusters and claim managers via email or phone.Filing documents, faxed paperwork as in (application’s, Claim reports ,dealership paperwork , 2A’s etc.)
