As a data scientist on LinkedIn's Economic Graph team, I partner with world leaders to analyze labor markets and recommend policy solutions for the future of work. I lead the gender equity research stream, where we aim to challenge gender bias and advance the understanding of existing and projected inequity in the workplace.I leverage my data consulting skills to connect with policy partners, editors, and journalists, and to identify and amplify interesting research questions that can be answered through LinkedIn data. I also scope and execute data-driven projects with the help of the talented data scientists and economists in the team, ensuring the accuracy, scalability, and reliability of our models and data pipelines. Previously, I was a senior data scientist at Stemly, where I developed state-of-the-art time series forecasting algorithms for supply chain clients and led the data science efforts in the customer success team. In general, I am passionate about the democratization of ML and analytics techniques and finding ways to make processes more efficient and user-friendly, especially if doing so helps society reach a more equitable state.
