Main achievements: - My role at Publicis started as HR Manager for Costa Rica, and I was promoted as HR Director for Latam and finally to leading global programs for Americas (USA, Brasil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Venezuela) APAC, EMEA; working along with teams around the world and along with my leaders who were based on Australia and New York- Development of the culture for Re:sources (SSC of Publicis) - Designing and implementation of the HR programs for Costa Rica and Latam.
