My name is Silvia Costa,yes, I have a passion for retail, having been working in this market for over 20 years. I graduated in Fashion Designer and discovered in this profession the possibility of transforming lives.I started my professional career at C&A Modas, where I worked for ten years. Soon after, I had an experience as a beachwear stylist. In 2013, I was hired by the largest fashion retail company in the world, Zara, as a department manager.In two years I was promoted to regional manager, being responsible for 12 Zara stores. With two years in this role, I was directed to coordinate the entire commercial and operational area of the most important Zara stores in Brazil.I've been to Zara's officer in Spain a few times, where I've participated in strategic meetings for purchasing and shipping products to Brazil.Whenever I'm asked what I love most about the retail market. I say it is the possibility of learning and teaching every day.
