Senior Project Coordinator
Current• Working within the Project Office team to deliver large and medium sized Networking and Hosting projects to agreed timelines with our customers. • Support Project Managers on high level projects attending all relevant internal/external meetings i.e. Initiation phase, Definition phase, Design phase, Development phase, Implementation phase, Follow-up phase and full Handover of the Projects to complete personally.• Liaising with sales and solution analysts and clients to establish the projects core objectives and deadlines.• Creating and maintaining professional relationships with clients and managing their experience from start to finish of their order/project. Providing weekly updates. Communicating in the final delivery of the services provided and to create handover documents including the necessary information for handover to our support team.• Identifying any areas of risk before starting an order which could hinder order progression and taking the necessary actions to resolve before moving any further.• Organise meetings between internal teams involved with orders/projects in order to understand the technical design of the order and to help manage the customer’s desired solution and expectations.• Creating and maintaining project documentation such as a WIP (Work In Progress Report) and customer collaboration spreadsheets to highlight to customers the progress of their orders.• Identify, analyse, prioritise, mitigate and communicate project risks• Work closely with service managers to build strong relationships with service managed clients and to understand their business needs, attending Customer Service reviews on a regular basis.• Mentor and provide training to both new and current members of the project office team.• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Forecasting of Projects and Budgets to the business to identify and maintain RAG and provide accurate reporting into senior business partners.
