I am currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Manitoba, where I am proud to be a Schulich Leader Scholarship recipient, an award valued at $120,000. This prestigious scholarship was granted to me by the Price Faculty of Engineering and The Schulich Foundation. In addition, I’ve had the honor of being featured in Ace Burpee’s Top 100 Most Fascinating Manitobans for 2023 and as well as in several local and international publications.My journey began as a self-taught web developer, working on personal projects as a teenager. Over time, I contributed my skills to various non-profits and later worked at the tech start-up CycurID and even started my own non-profit Developers of Change. I also had the privilege of representing Canada at the WorldSkills competition, where I competed against the world’s top web developers. After winning provincial and national titles at Skills Canada 2023, I was selected to compete at the 2024 International WorldSkills event in Lyon, France.As a Computer Engineering student, I’m passionate about discovering, understanding, and innovating within both hardware and software domains. Recently, I’ve developed a keen interest in embedded systems, low-level programming, circuit design, and mechatronics, and am currently expanding my knowledge of C and C++.**I am actively seeking co-op internship opportunities for the summer of 2025 in software and hardware roles. I am confident in my ability to quickly learn and make impactful contributions to any team I join.
