• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company targets.• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects to generate leads and identify potential customers and provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers as needed.• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.• Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.• Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely manner.• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system.• Generate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.• Share customer feedback and insights by SWOT Analysis and detailed research with relevant teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer service improvements.• Proactively suggest and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and drive sales growth.

- Support and/or manage key social media deliverables in relation to projects, plans, and campaigns.- Manage the editorial calendars for organic, paid and campaign-based content.- Act as the community manager interacting with audience and monitoring social media properties.- Proactively source and create content from various lines of business and stakeholders.- Short and long form copywriting including captions, headlines and articles.- Manage the translation process for content.- Monitor and understand social media trends and best practices, identify issues and opportunities and provide recommended action to relevant stakeholders.- Creation, management and distribution of monthly reports, along with ad-hoc reporting as required.- Provide support to internal partners, business lines, channels, and/or vendors as it relates to social media.- Provide social media knowledge/input to projects/plans and participate in identifying and designing solutions.- Keeping up with the latest social media tools and trends like Hootsuite, TweetDeck, Buffer, Crowdfire, SproutSocial etc.
